Delivery to other countries is not currently possible. Collection is possible by prior arrangement \u2013 please contact us before placing your order.\r\n<h3>Delivery time<\/h3>\r\nThe delivery time is usually <b>5 to 8 working days<\/b> upon receipt of payment (for advance payment) or upon confirmation of payment (for PayPal). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The shipping company will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date before delivery.\r\n<h3>Shipping costs<\/h3>\r\nThe shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. Therefore, shipping is exclusively carried out by certified freight forwarding partners in compliance with all legal regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.\n\nThe shipping costs shown in the table above already include any dangerous goods surcharges.\r\n<h3>Delivery<\/h3>\r\nDelivery will be made to the kerbside by lorry. Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible by lorry (usually a articulated lorry or a lorry with a trailer). Should there be any special requirements (e.g. delivery by small vehicle, narrow access, city centre location with access restrictions), please inform us when placing your order in the comments field. Any additional costs for special vehicles or extra unloading assistance will be invoiced separately.\n\nThe <b>The unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the recipient.<\/b>. Suitable equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet trucks) and\/or adequate personnel should be available for unloading.\r\n<h3>Inspection required upon delivery<\/h3>\r\nPlease check the goods immediately upon delivery for any externally visible transport damage and completeness. Visible damage or shortages must be noted directly on the delivery note or the carrier's freight receipt and countersigned by the driver.
