Our specially developed milking parlour cleaner reliably removes stubborn soiling such as biofilm, limescale deposits and organic residues from the milking parlour area, thus supporting hygienically flawless milk production.
All products are designed as highly concentrated cleaners, are particularly economical in consumption and are optimally tailored to the requirements of agriculture. At the same time, they meet high environmental standards: the surfactants used are biodegradable and free from problematic ingredients.
To complement our cleaning products: The U.N. Dosing System
To ensure you get the most out of our products, we offer our practical dosing system, tailored to your specific application. This is suitable regardless of the container size and ensure that you only use as much product as is needed.
This saves money and is good for the environment.
With U.N. products, you opt for efficient cleaning, maximum hygiene, and sustainable solutions for your agricultural business.
A professional milking parlour cleaner reliably removes biofilm, limescale layers and faecal residue from the exterior of milking parlours without the need for laborious scrubbing. U.N. Products offers specially developed milking parlour cleaners for commercial use on dairy farms – acid and alkaline formulations optimised for the best cleaning results.
Alkaline cleaners dissolve fats, proteins, and biofilm. Acidic cleaners remove limescale and mineral deposits. For complete hygiene of the milking system, alternating use of both types is recommended. Our cleaning agents for milking systems are designed for precisely this combination.
A powerful stable cleaner must be able to tackle grease, muck, biofilm, and lime simultaneously. U.N. stable cleaners are highly concentrated liquids that are sprayed on directly, left to act for a short time, and then rinsed off with a pressure washer. This saves time and labour.
A de-resiner removes resinous residues from agricultural machinery, chainsaws, forestry equipment and agricultural machinery. U.N. de-resinners remove resin, oil-resin mixtures and resinified lubricants without residue – without attacking the surfaces.
Yes. U.N. products are specifically developed for stubborn multi-year layers of biofilm, limescale, and organic residues. Typically, 1-2 applications are sufficient to visibly remove even long-standing deposits.
No. The milking parlour cleaner is designed for cleaning surfaces and components in the external area around the milking parlour – in other words, where layers of biofilm, faeces, and limescale form. It is not intended for cleaning parts with direct milk contact (e.g., pipes, teat liners, tank). Special, separate cleaning agents and regulations apply to these areas.
The milking parlour cleaner is used for cleaning surfaces around the milking parlour and does not come into direct contact with milk. For ecologically managed farms (organic, Bioland, Demeter), we provide all product data and safety data sheets so that you can coordinate its use with your agricultural association or consultant. Whether a product complies with the respective association's specifications must be clarified with the responsible association on a case-by-case basis.
The milking parlour cleaner does not replace statutory hygiene regulations or QM programmes – it helps you to implement them more visibly in the milking parlour environment. A clean outer area of the milking parlour reduces stubborn dirt and biofilm layers, and contributes to a well-maintained overall impression for dairy, QM, and veterinary inspections.
The products are designed for commercial use and must not come into direct contact with food or animals. They can be used without problems on the exterior of the milking parlour. Chemical protection gloves and safety goggles must be worn.
Yes. The surfactants used are more than 90 % biodegradable. The products comply with the requirements of the Detergents and Cleaning Agents Act (WRG) and contain no halogen compounds or heavy metals, and are AOX-free.
Wastewater generated during application should be treated in accordance with operational regulations and the information in the safety data sheet, as with other cleaning agents. The milking parlour cleaner is designed for use in agricultural environments; please observe the instructions for dilution, disposal, and water protection in the product and safety data sheets and, if in doubt, consult with your waste disposal contractor or advisor.
Area to be pre-treated if necessary – spray cleaner – allow to act for 5-10 minutes – help with a brush if necessary – rinse off with water (high-pressure cleaner). If surfaces are heavily calcified, the exposure time can be extended.
Our milking parlour cleaners and stable cleaners are available as concentrates in large containers (e.g. 25 kg, 200 kg). Smaller units are also available on request.
