Shipping methods
All our products are shipped exclusively via
Freight forwarding within
Germany. Delivery to other countries is not currently possible. Collection is possible by prior arrangement – please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually
5 to 8 working days upon receipt of payment (for advance payment) or upon confirmation of payment (for PayPal). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The shipping company will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date before delivery.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. The following tiered pricing applies within Germany:

Dangerous goods shipping
Some of our products are
Dangerous goods within the meaning of the ADR regulations (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). Therefore, shipping is exclusively carried out by certified freight forwarding partners in compliance with all legal regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.
The shipping costs shown in the table above already include any dangerous goods surcharges.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the kerbside by lorry. Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible by lorry (usually a articulated lorry or a lorry with a trailer). Should there be any special requirements (e.g. delivery by small vehicle, narrow access, city centre location with access restrictions), please inform us when placing your order in the comments field. Any additional costs for special vehicles or extra unloading assistance will be invoiced separately.
The
The unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the recipient.. Suitable equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet trucks) and/or adequate personnel should be available for unloading.
Inspection required upon delivery
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery for any externally visible transport damage and completeness. Visible damage or shortages must be noted directly on the delivery note or the carrier's freight receipt and countersigned by the driver. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing immediately after discovery.
The commercial law obligations to inspect and complain according to
§ 377 HGB remain unaffected by this.
