Dosing technology

Dose
instead of
estimate.

A high concentrate only saves money if it is diluted correctly. Too little does not clean, too much costs twice: once in purchasing and once in disposal. Our dosing systems take this calculation off the crew's hands.

Three reasons

Lower consumption, same result

Always the same mixing ratio

The system sets the dilution, not the bucket. The result no longer depends on who is currently on duty.

No contact with the concentrate

The container remains closed and connected. Decanting is eliminated, and with it the most common cause of skin and eye contact.

Up to 90 per cent less product

U.N. Produkte states that using dosage results in a product saving of 70 to 90 per cent. That is the real reason why the system pays for itself.

The programme

From the individual device to the station

Onboard dosing station with three canisters, spray bottles and instructions on the wall

U.N. Dossier Station D3

Three concentrates in one place, with colour-coded pipes, a drip tray and instructions for use directly on the system. For areas where multiple cleaners are needed daily.

  • Rows D1 to D3
  • Three concentrates in parallel
  • Colour-coded pipes and draw-off points
  • Drip tray beneath the containers
  • Multilingual instructions at the plant
  • Regardless of the container size
  • No access to the concentrate
  • For submission as a ready-to-use solution only
  • Mixing ratio can only be changed by authorised persons
  • Certified to DNV TAP 00000CZ, own production

Installation tailored to your situation

Washroom, galley or engine room: the system is installed wherever there is already a water supply, electricity and drainage. Our technicians plan the location in advance and carry out the installation on board.

  • Recording of conditions prior to installation
  • Installation possible during ongoing operations
  • Briefing of the crew immediately afterwards

MISSING: Lead time and organisation

On duty

Built-in, not improvised

The images show systems in operation, on various ships and in different rooms. The setup is the same every time: containers at the bottom, dosing at the top, instructions at eye level.

Afterwards

Maintenance That's part of it.

A dosing system is only as precise as its hoses and valves. Our technicians check for leaks and the mixing ratio, replace suction and filling hoses, and train the crew. This is handled via our on-site service.

Tell us,
what is being cleaned.

The right system is determined by the number of cleaners, the room layout and the consumption. A conversation is usually enough to sort this out.
