UN 400 is very versatile:

• HGV - Tarpaulin Cleaning
• HGV – Exterior wash of cab and bodywork
• Car wash (for heavy soiling, please use U.N. 200)
• Insect removal
• Car exterior wash, but in very high dilution
• for all vehicles in agriculture and tippers for the transport of grain and fodder.
• Also suitable for use in the food processing industry.

Processing:

UN 400 is diluted with water and can be applied manually with a bucket and wash brush or with a spray gun, foam cannon or via a pressure washer, or metered via dosing pumps at gantry car washes.

Warning: If possible, do not use the product in direct sunlight and do not allow it to dry out.

Heated surfaces should first be cooled with water.

Application concentration:

Basic cleaning of plans: 1:4 to 1:10

HGV exterior wash (manual): 1:20 to 1:50

Commercial vehicle exterior wash in spray booth: 1:70 to 1:150

Car exterior wash: 1:50 to 1:200

Car wash: 1:4 to 1:10

Metering pump: approx. 10% to 30%

These details are recommendations; please determine the optimal mixing ratio through practical testing.
