U.N. 200 | Construction and Industrial Cleaner

• Oil removal for internal combustion engines in construction, industry and marine applications.
• Oil stain removal on concrete vehicles.
• Removal of soot, resin, and tar from grilling parts, baking sheets, and engine exhaust system components.

Processing:

When washing construction machinery, always remove coarse sand dirt beforehand.  U.N. 200 Dilute with water. Then spray the surfaces evenly from bottom to top.  Please ensure that external painted surfaces are not wetted (risk of paint whitening). U.N. 200 Allow to take effect, possibly supporting the cleaning with a washing brush and a brush. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with the high-pressure device. For cleaning baking trays and grill parts, a soak is recommended.  AttentionAluminium parts should not remain in the bath for too long, risk of surface alteration. Rinse parts thoroughly with water.

Application concentration:

• Deep clean prior to repainting: use concentrate.
• Engine wash on heavy machinery: 1:1 to 1:4
• Car engine wash: 1:4 to 1:15
• Manual tree sap and tar removal: undiluted up to 1:4
• in an immersion bath: 1:4 to 1:10

These details are recommendations; please determine the optimal mixing ratio through a practical test.

U.N. 007 | Special Wheel Cleaner

Cleaning of steel wheels, alloy wheels, wheel covers.

Warning:

• Not suitable for anodised rims.
• Not suitable for polished aluminium rims without clear coat.
• Only conditionally suitable for chrome-plated rims. For these applications please U.N. 1 use.

Processing:

• U.N. 007 Use as a concentrate only in exceptional cases.
• U.N. 007 Dilute with water.
• U.N. 007 Spray evenly onto the dirty rim (not onto warm surfaces).  U.N. 007 Allow to act for only a few seconds and do not let it dry.

When used outdoors and in strong winds, please ensure that U.N. 007 not to get on the panes.  U.N. 007 can lead to streaking on glass.

Application concentration:

• For heavy soiling: use the concentrate
• For regular cleaning: 1:3 to 1:10
