U.N. 402
- Facade cleaning for hydrofluoric acid-resistant masonry.
- Cleaning of car washes and walls with hydrofluoric acid-resistant walls (tunnel car washes).
- Deep cleaning of heavily soiled aluminium flaps on lorries or complete aluminium tipper bodies.
Processing:
When processing U.N. 402 One must always ensure uniform processing.
Always spray from bottom to top for even cleaning and to avoid streaking. Exercise particular caution when using U.N. 402 Near glass. Danger of severe splintering. Pay attention to wind direction!
Facade cleaning
Please water the masonry well beforehand. This will ensure that U.N. 402 cannot be absorbed into the masonry but can fully develop its cleaning power. Always spray the surface from bottom to top. If necessary, support cleaning mechanically. However, rinsing with a high-pressure cleaner is usually sufficient.
Cleaning heavily oxidised aluminium:
If the surface is oily or greasy, please do so beforehand U.N. 200 to use for removal.
U.N. 402 Apply evenly to small areas only. Distribute cleaner evenly with a wash brush. After a short period, a slight foaming reaction will be observed on the aluminium. After an exposure time of approx. 1 minute, thoroughly rinse the surface with the high-pressure cleaner. If the cleaning result is insufficient, please repeat the process.
Cleaning heavily weathered stainless steel (tank vehicles):
U.N. 402 Apply evenly to the surface from bottom to top. Immediately spread the detergent evenly with a wash brush. U.N. 402 after a short exposure time and renewed use of the wash brush, it can be very well cleaned with the high-pressure cleaner.
In case of insufficient cleaning results, please repeat the process.
Application concentration:
Façade cleaning/stone after wetting: Concentrate or 1:1 to 1:10
Aluminium Cleaning: Concentrate 1:1 to 1:3
Stainless Steel Cleaner: Concentrate 1:1 to 1:3
Wash bay cleaning: Concentrate or 1:1 to 1:4
UN 150/6
- Cement removal from cement spreading vehicles in road construction.
- Mortar removal from masonry, tiles and facades.
- Removal of concrete residue from ready-mix concrete trucks, concrete pumps and concrete batching plants.
Processing:
Remove coarse sand contamination with a jet of water first.
Afterwards UN 150/6 Apply to the surface from bottom to top. A reaction occurs immediately with UN 150/6 and can be recognised by the concrete residue. Now support the cleaning with the wash brush and then rinse off with the high-pressure cleaner. Repeat the process for heavy deposits. When cleaning galvanised surfaces or non-ferrous metal parts UN 150/6 Allow to act briefly.
Application concentration:
For heavy deposits: Use concentrate.
For regular cleaning: 1:2 to 1:10
These details are recommendations; please determine the optimal mixing ratio through practical testing.
UN 402
U.N. 402 removes decades-old inorganic contaminants
U.N. 402 has a strongly corrosive effect on soiled and weathered aluminium.
U.N. 402 has a corrosive effect on extremely weathered – already black – stainless steel.
UN 150/6
UN 150/6 is specifically tailored to the requirements of concrete trades. Innovative raw materials ensure that UN 150/6 possesses a very high cement dissolution rate.
The special inhibitors used provide adequate protection for metal parts.
