U.N. 110 is used with great success in maritime shipping.

U.N. 110 reliably removes the „chalking“ on the freefall and lifeboat.

U.N. 110 works so thoroughly that even „heavily“ weathered surfaces do not need to be unnecessarily painted with the corresponding RAL colour.

UN P 101 provides a high gloss finish and a durable seal.

Processing:

1. Surface beforehand with No. 400 Wash. Mixing ratio approx. 1:20 to 1:60.
2. Attach the hard velcro pad (yellow) to the polishing machine.
3. A walnut-sized amount No. 110 Apply to the polishing sponge.
4. Place the polishing machine onto the surface to be polished and polish with sufficient pressure and at a slow speed (setting 1–3). 800–1000 rpm

Polish lacquers when wet, gelcoat when dry.

For heavily weathered surfaces, repeat the process.

Attach the polishing machine. Approx. 10g to 30g U.N. P101 apply to the sponge and polish as usual.

U.N. P101 can also be processed on wet surfaces.

7. Next, seal the gelcoat layer to a high gloss with the polishing fleece or a soft cloth.
8. If shadows appear during polishing, please moisten the surface. A little N. P101 add and rub off while still wet. The result is

a high-gloss, even surface.
